Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cubed (from Perennial Pastures)
2 ripe peaches (from TR Cains or Furia Ranch), sliced
1 bell pepper, cubed
½ red onion, cubed
Skewers (wooden or metal)

Peach BBQ Glaze
1 ripe peach, pureed
1 Tbsp honey (from Bee Green Honey)
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar or citrus juice (from Furia Ranch)
1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Make the glaze: In a blender, combine peach, honey, vinegar, soy sauce, and spices. Simmer 5–10 min to thicken.
Thread chicken, peaches, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
Brush with glaze and grill over medium heat, turning and brushing more glaze as you go (8–10 min total).
Serve hot, with extra glaze drizzled over the top.

Serving Tip: Enjoy with couscous or grilled flatbread and a glass of Summer Somewhere rosé.
