I love when getaways with my girlfriends merge into a trip full of inspiration for my work life!
Not only is Park City full of the most majestic scenery you could imagine, but it is also full of a rich food history that is relatively unknown to us in Southern California!
While enjoying our adventures of Zip Lining, Wine Tasting, & Hiking we completely fell in love with a local favorite – the Swiss Day Scone. This lightly fried scone is absolutely delicious and a great versatile dish to surprise your friends & family with.
Once we got home, I made it my mission to create a healthier version of this Utah staple.
